Dublin Fingal benefits from the Structures at Risk Fund
Fine Gael TD for Dublin Fingal, Alan Farrell, has said that Malahide Casino is to benefit from the Structures at Risk Fund, receiving €26,750 in funding.
“I have received confirmation from the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht that Malahide Casino is to receive €26,750 in funding under the Structures at Risk Fund.
“It is great to see the Casino in Malahide benefitting from this fund, which is designed to protect Ireland’s built heritage.
“It is crucial that we protect and maintain the built heritage in the North County, as these buildings are important to our local communities, particularly in terms of tourism. This fund is also integral to supporting employment in the area of conservation and construction, a vital part of this Government’s rural regeneration plans.
“Fine Gael in Government is determined to ensure that a strong economy delivers better services and infrastructure for communities all around Ireland. Supporting local employment through the protection of our built heritage is an important part of that and I am delighted to see Dublin Fingal receive an allocation under this fund.”
