Fine Gael TD for Dublin Fingal, Alan Farrell, has called on community and voluntary groups in the North County to consider applying for funding from the Respite Care Grant Scheme and the National Lottery Grant Scheme.
“I would urge community and voluntary groups in Dublin Fingal to consider applying for funding under the Respite Care Grant Scheme and the National Lottery Grant Scheme. Applications are being invited from groups and organisations whose work includes the provision of Health and Personal Social Services and who are interested in receiving once-off funding to allow them to carry out non-major capital programmes which can be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
“The HSE has been allocated National Lottery funding to distribute to eligible groups under these schemes which are separate from the National Lottery grants issued by the Department of Health itself.
“The closing date for applications for funding under the Respite Care Grant Scheme and the National Lottery Grant Scheme is Friday, May 29th. Application forms are available on the HSE’s website and I would urge all eligible organisations in the North County to consider applying to these schemes.”
